What is the InterClear Help Desk?

It is the single point of contact for InterClear clients. It is an interdisciplinary group of collaborators, who have the experience and knowledge necessary to adequately to and/or escalate any incident, request, complaint or complaint from our clients.

What is the Help Desk´s mission?

To help our clients make the best use of the contracted services, providing technical and functional assistance for their queries, requirements or service problems.
